岗位：中央卫生准入产品价值经理

根据部门总体目标及策略以及中央卫生准入政策要求，负责产品价值策略材料的开发和沟通信息的制定，负责动态机制下的中央和地方客户产品准入互动沟通以及与对应业务及跨团队的沟通。

您有机会：
1. 负责产品中央卫生准入（包括基本药物）价值策略的制定和落地执行。

• 研究中央卫生准入相关政策与趋势，根据公司和品牌策略，制定产品的中央卫生准入价值策略和行动方案
• 与NMA value evidence团队合作，落地执行价值证据项目
• 加强价值策略制定上的跨团队交流和协作，协助优化NMA准入执行策略与公司整体策略的融合

2. 负责产品中央卫生准入客户定制化沟通信息的制定。

• 与产品组和医学部等跨团队沟通制作中央卫生准入DA或其他沟通材料
• 与中央和地方团队配合了解中央卫生准入客户需求，以明确信息传递方向并协助相关异议处理

3. 负责动态机制下的中央和地方客户中央卫生准入互动策略和活动支持

• 不断梳理和提升客户的需求和能力，建立外部客户互动的关键产品和政策沟通信息和工具，完成中央和区域同事的沟通工具和资料包的使用培训和异议处理。
• 在中央卫生准入项目中支持中央和地方团队的客户沟通策略制定和活动支持

4. 其它公司交办工作

我们期待您：

• 药学,卫生政策，经济，管理等相关专业全日制本科以上学历（硕士优先）
• 5年以上行业&政策相关工作经验
• 具有项目管理和实施经验 良好的团队合作精神
• 善于处理人际关系，较强的人际关系构建和影响能力，同时在新产品医保准入和政策影响方案构建方面有良好的可靠记录；
• 良好的英文口语和写作能力；
• 良好的PPT和数据分析能力；
• 具有高度的工作积极性和工作热情以及自我激励能力
