This person will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts and ensuring their success with the company’s services
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Understand clients’ business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients to discuss progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our company’s services and processes.
- Provide training and support to clients on using tools, platforms, and best practices to maximize their success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the effective execution and optimization of client campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend adjustments to improve results.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during campaign execution.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Analyze data to assess campaign effectiveness and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Address client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Advocate for clients’ needs and interests within the company, ensuring that their feedback is heard and addressed.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services that could benefit clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, Google Ads, market conditions, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Share knowledge and best practices with clients to help them stay ahead in their digital marketing efforts.
- 3+ years of proven experience in account management, customer success, or a related role within a digital marketing or advertising environment.
- C1 English Level
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (Hubspot) and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience working with Clickup, Hubspot and Slack
- Experience with Google Ads
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Facebook Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Previous experience working with creative and media teams.
