Soportar la ejecución y control de los eventos del área comercial y medica junto que estén alienados a la estrategia de las marcas y que estén en el marco del Compliance y Governance de la compañía.

Responsabilidades:

Soporte en la planeación de los de los eventos con el equipo de marketing, acceso y medical para la ejecución y coordinación de la logística para los eventos de marketing y Acceso (evento, logística de viaje, alimentos y bebidas y todos los servicios asociados a eventos).
Soporte en el control, ejecución y administración del equipo administrativo de eventos para la realización de los eventos del área de marketing y acceso (proceso end2end de patrocinios HCO, Contratación de Expertos Externos, eventos GSK)
Soporte en el control y administración del soporte administrativo para el proceso de órdenes de compra asociados a eventos y revisión y aprobación y/o aprobación de pagos para proveedores asociados a eventos.
Soporte para la ejecución del proyecto, apoyo en Colombia (metodologías, puntos de control para contratación y pagos de HCP y HCO).
Responsable de mantener el informe de asistentes y cierres de eventos con revisión trimestral.
Apoyar en la obtención de insights sobre los procesos y asegurar un conocimiento profundo y con ello responder a las necesidades de los clientes internos y externos.

¿Por qué tu?

Administrador/a de empresas, Finanzas, Contaduría o carreras afines
1-2 años de experiencia Manejo y administración de eventos en el sector Farmacéutico
Planeación y ejecución de eventos
Ingles intermedio
