Kenvue is recruiting for a Procurement & General Accounting Junior Analyst for its Finance Operations team. This role is part of Finance Operations with the successful candidate being a valuable contributor to the Procurement & General Accounting team. The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Kenvue’s Procurement & General Accounting processes in compliance with company policy and applicable regulatory requirements.

What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities

• Support all global activities related to procurement accounting including GRIR (goods receipt/invoice receipt) activities, procurement accruals and general accounting activities.

• Responsible for the complete and accurate accounting for all the General process flows for the Balance Sheet and Income Statement

• Responsible for overseeing Local Travel and Expense Administration and standardization of the process to follow global taxonomy

• Responsible for the analysis of Balance Sheet accounts assigned and timely resolution of open items.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures to comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations.

• Support ongoing improvements and automation projects within the accounting team.

• Remain updated with industry trends, changes in accounting rulings, and latest technologies.

Compliance:

• Assist in any audit process raised by Legal Entity Controllership.

• Adhere to the strong internal controls in place to achieve “adequate” internal and external audit ratings.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent is required, preferably in accounting or finance.

• Intermediate English

• At least 2 years of experience in Procurement and General Accounting

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels

• Be open to new ideas, rapid change and embracing new technologies

• Be organized and work efficiently to meet tight deadlines

Desired Qualifications

• Experience in SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft tools

• Solid US GAAP accounting knowledge preferrable
