Job Description:
Are you a persuasive communicator with excellent English skills? Do you thrive in a results-driven environment and enjoy connecting with businesses? Trotalo, a customer care solutions provider for grooming salons, veterinary clinics, and pet shops, is looking for a talented Bilingual Appointment Setter to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling appointments with our upper management team. This is a remote position offering a competitive base salary and performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to grooming salons, veterinary clinics, and pet shops to introduce Trotalo’s customer care solutions.
2. Schedule qualified appointments between potential clients and Trotalo’s upper management.
3. Effectively communicate the value of Trotalo’s services to decision-makers.
4. Generate Leads, and potential Leads and maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and appointments.
5. Meet and exceed monthly targets for calls and appointments.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written). B2+ or C1 Level required.
2. Experience: Prior experience in phone sales, Cold calling sales, or appointment setting (6 months).
3. Communication Skills: Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication abilities.
4. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
5. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and other digital tools.
6. Availability: Able to work flexible hours as needed for client outreach.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: $2800000 COP per month.
Connectivity Benefit $200000 COP Per month
Performance-Based Commission: $30000 COP per qualified appointment.
Additional bonus for closed deals (up to 10% of first-month revenue).
Monthly Bonuses: Extra rewards for achieving appointment and conversion milestones.
Remote work with flexible hours. (All Colombia)
