Job Overview
Core Bridge Solutions is seeking a talented bilingual (English/Spanish) Dev Ops Engineer to join our remote team. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in Colombia. As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will play a critical role in automating and optimizing our development and deployment processes, ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate Deployment Pipelines: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment of applications and services.
• Manage Infrastructure: Oversee the provisioning, configuration, and management of infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
• Monitor and Optimize Systems: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with software developers to understand their needs and ensure smooth integration of code into production environments.
• Enhance Security: Implement security best practices to safeguard infrastructure and applications from potential threats.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate Dev Ops processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Proven Success in Dev Ops: Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing Dev Ops practices with a solid understanding of CI/CD processes.
• Relevant Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong Skills in Dev Ops Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with Scripting: Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby for automation tasks.
• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.
