Job Overview
As the Bilingual Digital Marketing Manager at Core Bridge Solutions, you will spearhead our digital marketing efforts to enhance our market presence, align digital marketing initiatives with our strategic goals, and drive significant industry impact. You will manage both the creative and analytical aspects of our marketing efforts, ensuring optimal user engagement and return on investment through data-driven tactics. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly influence the growth and success of Core Bridge Solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs, using insights to tailor marketing strategies effectively.
Lead the management and enhancement of website content and structure to improve user experience and conversion rates, ensuring all digital platforms align with our strategic goals.
Oversee the creation of compelling content and the execution of campaigns, managing budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize marketing efforts and enhance overall campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, applying innovative practices to keep our strategies ahead of industry curves.
Continuously improve our digital marketing approaches through rigorous A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine tactics and boost outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in strategic campaign management.
In-depth knowledge of the various digital marketing platforms and tools.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, compelling reports and presentations.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a marketing team.
