Job Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Filevine Administrator to join Core Bridge Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining our Filevine system, ensuring data integrity, and enabling our teams to utilize the system effectively. You will be at the forefront of integrating new processes, connecting Filevine with other databases, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
Key Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Development: Actively manage and optimize Filevine systems for our clients, ensuring tailored configurations that meet their specific needs.
Data Integrity and Security: Maintain high standards of data accuracy and security, ensuring that client information is protected and reliable.
User Support and Training: Provide dedicated support and training to client teams, ensuring they are proficient in using the Filevine system to its full potential.
Integration and Automation: Develop and maintain automations to seamlessly integrate Filevine with other client systems, enhancing workflow efficiency.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve business processes and workflows, ensuring efficient and effective use of Filevine.
Stakeholder Interaction: Work closely with various departments to handle their requirements and provide operational support.

Qualifications

Relevant hands-on experience using or administering Filevine, preferably within legal environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client service.
Knowledge of integrating various systems and creating automations that support business operations.
Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to ensuring accuracy and security in all aspects of data management.
