Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Filevine Implementation Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in configuring and deploying Filevine software across our client base, primarily U.S. law firms. Your mission will be to ensure a smooth, efficient, and effective implementation process, enhancing our client's operational capabilities and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process for Filevine projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and project specifications.
  
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot Filevine setups and integrations, particularly focusing on legal workflows and case management.
  
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure full adoption and proficient use of the Filevine software.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop enhancements, streamline processes, and ensure continuous improvement in the implementation lifecycle.
  
• Maintain and upgrade the Filevine system configurations to adapt to new changes and client demands.
  
• Provide ongoing support and expert advice to maximize the software's efficiency and effectiveness.
  

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in software implementation, with a strong preference for candidates who have direct experience with Filevine or similar legal management platforms.
  
• Proven ability to manage and deliver projects efficiently, meeting timelines and client expectations.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions under pressure.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  
• Experience with API integrations and a good understanding of legal workflows and case management is highly desirable.
