Job Overview

Core Bridge Solutions is looking for a talented Bilingual UX Designer to join our remote team. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to create user-centered designs that enhance our digital products. Your work will directly influence the user experience, ensuring our interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct User Research: Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to guide design decisions.
• Develop Wireframes and Prototypes: Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flow diagrams to communicate design concepts and test usability.
• Design User Interfaces: Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that enhance user experience and align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions.
• Iterate and Improve Designs: Continuously refine designs based on user feedback and testing results to optimize usability and effectiveness.
• Stay Current with Trends: Keep up with the latest UX design trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Qualifications

• Proven Success in UX Design: Demonstrated success in creating user-centered designs with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• Relevant Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Strong Skills in Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar platforms.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders and team members.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions.
