Join our dynamic team as a Case Management Specialist based in our Hollywood Office. Working on a schedule from Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. At RRA, we believe in more than just seizing vehicles; we seize opportunities. As part of the team, here’s what's expected from you:
Key Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Incoming and Outbound Investigation calls.
• Client calls and client updates.
• Agent updates / Data entry.

Requirements:

• Based in Colombia.
• Able to work from 9 am to 6 pm Eastern time.
• Outstanding English communication skills.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in managing case information.
• Must be highly proficient and quick with computer systems, capable of efficiently handling multiple platforms and tasks at once.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
