Job description:
You will be part of the PSR (PATIEN SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES) of a billing company that performs billing services for almosr 40 physicians and clinicsin the USA; helping patients to solve billing questions, collecting balances, and escalating cases from law and nsurance companies.
Responsabilities:
Assist patients, law offices and insurance companies with questions about services, resolving billing issues, collecting balances, and escalating cases to the managers, reprocessing clams, answering calls, handeling voice msgs,
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills: WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH EXPERINCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIBLE AND ORGANIZED, MULTITASKING AND WILLING TO LEARN FAST. IF HAS EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL, OR INSURANCES FIELD WILL BE A PLUS
