The Commercial Transformation Supervisor is key leader that a team responsible support large deal preparation, administration and process. The position is based in Colombia, operating in a remote model. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Administer, extend, and support standard and nonstandard contracts, including the implementation of executed contracts into contract management system
• Conduct proposal preparation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfilment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications
• Prepare bids, processes specifications, progress, and other reports, including compilation and analysis of data and historical information
• Maintain contract and compliance administration in support of our pricing and contracts portfolios, including advisory services of contractual rights and obligations
• Instruct sales, marketing, finance, customer service, rebates, and other cross-functional departments in accessing relevant contract portfolio analytics
• Coordinate with functional teams to ensure billings are issued, disputes are resolved, and collection rates are increased
• Manage sales systems projects for future improvements and/or functionality expansions

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Three years of experience with Contract Operations, Sales Operations, customer service, technical support or back office
• One year of supervisory experience leading teams and handling complex customer issues and Experience Monitoring a team is considered advantageous for this role
• Fluent in English
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point)
• Experience working with KPIs
