Digital Marketing Project Manager (Notion, AI Table)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple marketing projects for our client's diverse portfolio of SMB clients. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the timely and effective delivery of projects.
This role is perfect for a proactive and organized professional who thrives in a remote work environment and is comfortable navigating digital project management tools.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Collaborate with various internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline project processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize project management tools such as AI Table, Notion, Air Table, or Teamwork to track progress, assign tasks, and maintain clear project documentation.
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, addressing any potential risks or challenges proactively.
- Ensure that all project goals align with the company's cost-effective, results-oriented approach.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members to maintain high levels of collaboration and communication.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, ideally within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following tools: Notion, AI Table, Air Table, Teamwork. (Familiarity with AI Table is highly advantageous.)
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while maintaining a focus on achieving results.
