- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.)
- Design email templates that are visually appealing, responsive, and aligned with the brand.
- Collaborate closely with the email strategist (no apparel design involved).
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills for feedback incorporation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Experience with typography and layout design.
- C1 English proficiency level
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Own portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns.
- Design responsive and engaging email templates.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for emails is a plus.
- Knowledge of email best practices and responsive design.
