Overview:
We are seeking a Dispatcher to support our team in the USA from Medellín. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and will be responsible for coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth operations for our U.S.-based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate with the U.S. team to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Monitor routes and ensure efficiency in daily operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information on shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
- Experience with Portpro or related system.
- 1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems quickly.
