Job Title: Especialista en Marketing Digital
Staff Boom is an outsourcing company based in Anaheim, California, with additional locations in the Philippines,Peru and Colombia. We specialize in customized staffing and consulting solutions for small to medium-sized businesses, primarily within the insurance industry. Our services include Insurance Back Office, Accounting/Finance, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, Legal Support Services, and more.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Google Ad Words/PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid search campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ad Words. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create campaigns from scratch, implement tracking, and continuously optimize for performance and ROI. Experience with social media advertising is a plus, but the focus of this role will be on paid search.
Key Responsibilities:
PPC Campaign Creation & Management
  • Develop and implement high-performing PPC campaigns with a primary focus on Google Ads.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, including ad groups, targeting, bids, and budgets.
  • Work on other paid platforms like Bing Ads as needed; experience with social media advertising is a plus but not the primary focus.
Website Tracking & Optimization :
  • Independently set up website tracking and conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance to optimize for better conversions and ROI.
Keyword Research & Strategy :
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant, high-performing keywords for campaigns.
  • Regularly refine and update keyword lists to ensure optimal performance based on trends and campaign data.
Ad Copywriting & A/B Testing :
  • Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy for Google Ad Words campaigns.
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages to optimize click-through and conversion rates.
Performance Monitoring & Analysis :
  • Monitor PPC campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve key metrics.
  • Use Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs and adjust strategy based on data insights.
Budget Management :
  • Manage and optimize PPC budgets (at least $25K–$50K per month) to maximize ROI and reach business goals.
Landing Page Optimization:
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing on landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing Google Ad Words PPC campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, including campaign creation, optimization, and tracking.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage budgets of at least $25K–$50K per month.
  • Google Ads Certification required.
  • Experience with Bing Ads and social media advertising is a plus but not the main focus.
Horario/Work schedule:
  • De Lunes a Viernes de 10am a 7pm / Monday to Friday 10 am – 7 pm
  • Modalidad híbrida /Hybrid work
