Responsibilities and more:
We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Engineer to build and optimize high-performance, near real-time web applications for visualizing complex data in the Cyber Insurance space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists, to design and implement user-friendly interfaces that enable insurers to make critical decisions with precision and speed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on performance, experience with asynchronous data flows, and a proven ability to create visually stunning data visualizations using modern web technologies. You will work with a cutting-edge tech stack that includes Java Script, Type Script, React, Tailwind CSS, and Public Cloud platforms, while focusing on responsive, scalable, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
● Design & Development: Design and implement a scalable and high-performance frontend architecture using React, Type Script, and Tailwind CSS.
● Real-time Data Handling: Build and maintain asynchronous data flows and leverage web workers to ensure smooth, near real-time performance in high frame rate applications.
● Data Visualization: Develop SVG-based data visualizations and interactive dashboards that display complex data insights, ensuring clarity and usability for users.
● Performance Optimization: Optimize frontend performance to handle large data sets, ensuring low latency and high frame rates across devices and platforms.
● Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and microservices, focusing on efficient data handling and security.
● CI/CD & Dev Ops: Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of features using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
● Public Cloud Integration: Deploy and manage frontend components in Public Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure scalability and reliability.
● Testing & Debugging: Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the stability and reliability of web applications.
Required Qualifications
● Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a focus on high-performance web applications.
● Languages & Frameworks: Strong proficiency in Java Script, Type Script, JSX, React, and Tailwind CSS.
● Real-time & Asynchronous Programming: Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming and real-time data processing, including web workers.
● Data Visualization: Expertise in building SVG-based, interactive data visualizations or experience with libraries such as D3.js or similar.
● Cloud Technologies: Experience deploying and managing web applications on Public Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
● CI/CD: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes in the context of frontend development.
● Agile Development: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with an emphasis on iterative development and rapid releases.
Preferred Skills
● Cyber Insurance Knowledge: Familiarity with cyber insurance or risk analytics domains.
● Performance Optimization: Experience with techniques to reduce latency and improve frame rates in large-scale web applications.
● Security Awareness: Understanding of web security principles and data privacy regulations.
