Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fullstack Software Developer with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize user-centric applications that support our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using **Type Script** with frameworks like **Node.js**, **Next.js**, or **Remix** for the backend and **React** for the frontend.
- Work with **Ruby on Rails** to enhance and maintain existing systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into high-quality, functional code.
- Design, implement, and maintain APIs to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application quality and reliability.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, with a focus on a seamless user experience.
- Ensure that all applications meet high standards of security and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English B2 or above
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in fullstack development, ideally within a healthcare or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in **Type Script** and **Java Script**, with experience in frameworks like **Node.js**, **Next.js**, **Remix**, or **React**.
- Strong experience in **Ruby on Rails** and familiarity with RESTful API design.
- Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.
- A passion for developing technology that improves patient care and operational efficiency.
