About the role:
The HR Intern or Apprentice will be responsible for supporting and assisting the local HR team in the overall development of wellness, induction, training, HR Internal Communications, Reporting, Event Logistics, among others.
What you need:
  • Ongoing studies on: Industrial engineer, Business Administration, Psychology or related careers with Administrative areas.
  • English level: Intermediate, 50% (Desired).
  • DISPONIBILIDAD DE HORARIO DE 8:00AM A 5:30PM
  • Office applications proficiency including Microsoft Excel, word and power point. (basic to intermediate level).
  • Excellent Communication and people skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Motivated and passionate about Human Resources.
  • Excellent customer Service skills.
What you will be doing:
  • Schedule and coordinate Local inductions program for new hires
  • Design internal communications from HR
  • Labour report updates analysis and reporting
  • Support on wellness activities logistics.
  • H&S requirements support.
  • Support administrative procedures for employee benefits
  • Invoicing Managment and delivery
  • Responsible for retirement process of employees
  • Support employee and area files & documentation
  • Support the area in different KPIS indicators required for Operational risks

This position will be managed as a Contrato de Aprendizaje (SENA) contract.
You can be an apprentice or a university student.

El aprendiz de Recursos Humanos será responsable de apoyar y ayudar al equipo local en el desarrollo general de bienestar, inducción, capacitación, comunicaciones internas de recursos humanos, informes, logística de eventos, entre otros.
Qualifications:
CALIFICACIONES Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Estudios en curso de: Ingeniero Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Psicología o En general carreras afines con áreas Administrativas.
  • Nivel de inglés: Intermedio, 50% (Deseado)

HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTO

  • Dominio de las aplicaciones de Office, incluidos Microsoft Excel, Word y Power Point. (nivel básico a intermedio).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y de trato con las personas.
  • Capacidad para organizar y priorizar el trabajo.
  • Orientado al detalle.
  • Motivado y apasionado por los Recursos Humanos.
  • Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente.
Responsibilities:
  • Programar y coordinar el programa de inducciones locales para nuevos empleados
  • Diseño de comunicaciones internas de RRHH
  • Análisis e informes de actualizaciones de informes laborales.
  • Apoyo en logística de actividades de bienestar.
  • Soporte de requisitos de H&S.
  • Apoyar los procedimientos administrativos para los beneficios de los empleados
  • Gestión y entrega de facturación
  • Responsable del proceso de jubilación de los empleados
  • Apoyar los archivos y la documentación de los empleados y del área
  • Apoyar a RRHH en las diferentes requisiciones necesarias
