This position will be based in our Office in Bogotá. We are looking for local Talent!
Main responsibilities:

• Support in the evaluation of investment projects, including research, pipeline analysis and business case evaluation.
• Support in the construction of financial models.
• Support in the analysis of markets for new opportunities.
• Support the monitoring of profitability targets, key fund metrics and industry trends.
• Support fund financial analysis.
• Prepare documents for management reports and presentation to committees.
• Respond to requests from Associates and VPs of the Investment team.

Main requirements:

• Student of finance, business administration, economics, engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge in Corporate finance, valuation, construction and analysis of financial models, Evaluation of investment projects, Office skills (excel, power point)
• Academic experience and interest in Real Estate investment areas, with focus on building financial models and preparing power point presentations.
