• 
  Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and test frameworks to validate software applications across multiple platforms, including web, data and marketing technology.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute and monitor automated test suites, analyze test results, and report any defects or issues.
• Contribute to the enhancement of existing testing methodologies and integrate new testing technologies or approaches.
• Maintain documentation for automated processes, test results, and testing methodologies.
• Work closely with the development team to replicate and resolve bugs, and verify fixes.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies, and share insights with the team to improve practices.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills related to automation frameworks, coding, and quality assurance best practices.
• CDP & Event Tracking: Develop and execute test plans for our Customer Data Platform (Segment), ensuring accurate event tracking across various sources (website, order management system, product databases). This includes validating data integrity, schema mapping, and end-to-end event flow.
• Front-End Form Validation: Thoroughly test all variations of our web forms for lead capture, ensuring accurate data capture, validation, and integration with user profiles in the CDP. Verify proper handling of phone numbers, email addresses, and other form fields.
• Engagement Platform Integration: Test the seamless flow of transactional and triggered events from the CDP to downstream engagement platforms (e.g., Braze). Verify accurate data transfer, trigger conditions, and personalized messaging based on customer behavior and preferences.
• GDPR Compliance Testing: Design and implement test cases to validate GDPR-compliant functionality related to customer consent choices. Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Data Warehouse Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our Snowflake data warehouse, encompassing data quality, pipeline integrity, and data transformation accuracy. This includes validating Airflow DAGs, leveraging Monte Carlo for data observability, and ensuring the reliability of DBT models derived from various data sources.

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as an SDET, Test Engineer, or similar role with a strong focus on quality assurance and test automation.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, Javascript, Webdriverio.
• Familiarity with API testing and tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and regression testing.

• Experience with SQL queries and DBT Models (nice to have) .
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken, for effective global communication.
• Relevant certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) are a plus.
