• Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for web, chatbot and app components
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve bugs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software.

• Execute different types of test as regression, sanity, exploratory and acceptance testing

• Hands-on experience with different test automation frameworks and methodologies (BDD, TDD), specifically Playwright and Appium, for web-based and mobile applications.
• Ability to write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Expertise in API Testing (RESTful APIs, understanding of HTTP methods, status codes, and authentication mechanisms) also familiarity with API testing tools like Postman and Swagger.
• Hands-on experience with Postman for API automation, including scripting and automated test execution.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes (Test Design, Test Execution).
• Capable of conducting thorough manual tests to identify, record, and document bugs.
• Understanding Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how testing integrates.
• Advanced English and Spanish levels for conversation.
