We are searching the best talent for Sales Representative for Hematology to be in Cali, Colombia.
You will be responsible for:

Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new therapeutics.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the products' clinical efficacy, articulate a value proposition for the customer, provide clinical support/information as needed, and achieve their sales objectives.
Conduct business analysis, actively prospect for new business (i.e., identifies key accounts, develops specific plans for penetration).
Develop customer specific pre- and post-call plans that include objectives, probes and supporting approved materials.
Effectively penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

Experience of 3-5 years in high-cost drugs, preferably having experience in hematology
Knowledge of the patient journey
Completed bachelor’s degree in administration, areas of health, economics, etc.
Intermediate - advanced Excel - management of data analysis
Proficiency in a second language is preferred (English)
Knowledge of sales skills and techniques is required
Knowledge in the health system is preferred
Knowledge of value propositions and pharmacoeconomics is preferred
