Senior Manager Animal Nutrition at Ingredion – Come create the Future!

Are you ready to lead and make a significant impact in the animal nutrition industry?

As Senior Manager Animal Nutrition, you will be part of our incredible team of Agribusiness.
In this position, you’ll lead a team of Sales professionals passionate about Animal Nutrition and develop a sales strategy aiming growth

Location: Cali/Colombia

As part of the Animal Nutrition team, your role will be:

Lead and Achieve: Drive annual sales in Colombia and Peru, including Head products and Co-products, ensuring we meet our Co-products recovery targets.
Forecast and Manage: Oversee sales and financial forecasts for agri-products, continuously assessing risks and opportunities to maximize profitability.
Align and Optimize: Ensure sales activities are in sync with operational processes across all three plants in Colombia and Peru. Actively manage inventory levels and working capital to support business needs.
Strategize and Plan: Develop and execute robust sales strategies for agri-products, including detailed account planning and long-term strategic initiatives.
Customer Insight: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs related to agri-products and head products. Advocate for meeting these evolving requirements (such as specifications, quality, and value), and create compelling business cases to capture growth opportunities.
Market Expansion: Explore and identify new market opportunities for agri-products and head products to agricultural customers.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy ou Agricultural Engineering
10 years of experience in B2B sales positions in Andean Region
Solid background in Animal Nutrition or Animal Health or Agribusiness;
Strong Business and Financial Skills: Ability to quickly understand business and financial impacts and effectively manage Agribusiness P&L (Profit and Loss).
Good English Speaker – for this role is important to deliver key messages in calls and in executive meetings.
