SEO Specialist
Krove is a growing MSP (Managed IT Service Provider) in search of a full-time SEO/front-end web developer. The main responsibilities include rebuilding our current website and promoting it through various channels. Once this is successfully accomplished, we plan to offer SEO services to potential clients, with a bonus structure in place. Our offices are located in Colombia, the United States, and India.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search engine rankings for our website.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with the content marketing team to integrate effective SEO practices into content creation.
- Monitor and report key SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Search Console.
- Stay on top of the latest SEO trends and best practices and make recommendations based on changes in search engine algorithms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Demonstrable experience as an SEO Specialist or in a similar role.
- Deep knowledge of SEO analysis tools such as Ahrefs, Moz and Screaming Frog.
- Proven ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page and off-page optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to improve strategies and results.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English), with advanced skills in both languages.
Experiencia:
- SEO & Front End Design: 4 años (Deseable)
- English B2 or above (Deseable)
- Medellín, Antioquia (Deseable)
