Responsible for co-creation and lead execution of promotional strategy across business units by developing comprehensive market understanding, coordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring flawless implementation of marketing activities

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the omnichannel promotional campaigns for assigned specialties/markets; track and monitor effectiveness to develop optimization strategies
• Execute promotional activities for cross BU initiatives: event planning, speakers management, HCO sponsorships
• Coordinate and monitor sales force activities (e.g. mini-meetings, group doctor meetings) in alignment with district manager
• Support due diligence requirements and processes for engagement with third parties
• Build strong customer understanding and follow up strategy implementation through field work
• Support A&P monitoring
• Manage relationships with third parties and internal support functions to ensure strategic partnerships and effective tactical execution in compliance with GSK processes and policies
• Assist specific projects supporting marketing strategy

• Business/Marketing or related Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing roles (trainee, brand assistant, marketing analyst)
• Proficiency on Excel and Power Point
• Planning and project management
• High understanding of digital trends and omnichannel marketing
• English: fluent
• experience in the pharmaceutical sector is mandatory.
