As a Manager of Salesforce Engineering in Medellin Office , you need to have a strong technical background in Salesforce, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Salesforce engineering team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems.
• Develop and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business goals and objectives, ensuring the platform supports the company’s growth and scalability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices.
• Continuously assess and optimize the Salesforce platform for efficiency, performance, and user experience.
• Ensure Salesforce Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control are maintained.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve the platform and processes.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations on how Salesforce can be leveraged to support growth and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management role within Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Salesforce integrations, and data migration.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and other technologies.
• Knowledge of Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Gearset.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and innovative approach to finding solutions.
