About the role:

The Bartender provides exceptional quality and service to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting expertly prepared beverages, anticipating guests’ needs, offering recommendations, and delivering memorable experiences. This position is part of the Food & Beverage team, reporting to the Outlet Manager.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable bar experience through excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  
• Anticipate guest needs and satisfaction; offer drink suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area according to service standards.
  

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any assigned task.
  
• A high level of understanding and knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar techniques.
  
• A background in Luxury Resort and Hotel settings is considered an asset.
  

Requirements:

• Bartending certificate or equivalent experience.
  
• Previous experience in a similar position.
  
• Availability to start in late October 2024.
  
• Food handling certificate
