The Role of Bellman:
The Bellman is an essential member of our Guest Services Team. In this role you will assist Guests and Owners with their arrival and departure experience, greeting them by name with a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude. This position transports luggage to and from the lobby and makes all necessary deliveries.

The Role of Bellman:
The Bellman is an essential member of our Guest Services Team. In this role you will assist Guests and Owners with their arrival and departure experience, greeting them by name with a warm welcoming smile and a positive attitude. This position transports luggage to and from the lobby and makes all necessary deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Promote a friendly and professional image to the Members and gives full cooperation to any requiring assistance with a prompt, caring and helpful attitude.
- Greet guests and escort them to their residences. Deliver luggage to room upon check-in and picks up luggage from room upon departure, moving the luggage to storage or the Front Drive. Maintains proper records of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Greet all guest passing through the Resort entrance and offers them assistance.
- Perform shoeshine service; picking up shoes from residences, cleaning and polishing them and returning them to the guest.
- Perform errands for guests and the hotel that may require local travel off of the hotel property.
- Provide a high level of cleanliness in the luggage storage room.
- Support with any other tasks within the division and/or any tasks assigned to the Guest services team
- Our Ideal Bellman candidate will have:
- A mínimum 2 years experience in hospitality ideally in a similar role within Rooms division
- Excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
- Flexibility and team work approach.
- A valid driving licence.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
