Role Overview
As an Online Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in pre-qualifying potential clients through online messaging inquiries and securing permission to contact them. Your responsibilities will include explaining our intake process, promoting full consultations, and guiding clients through a detailed, system-generated questionnaire to identify possible legal solutions for their immigration status. This role requires a balance between outbound calling and online message servicing, all within a dynamic and competitive environment that rewards success with games, prizes, and a discretionary bonus based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Pre-qualify potential clients through incoming online messaging inquiries.
- Obtain permission to contact clients and clearly explain our intake process.
- Persuasively promote full consultations to potential clients.
- Assist clients in completing a detailed questionnaire to identify legal remedies.
- Alternate between outbound calls and online message responses.
- Engage in a competitive sales environment with opportunities to earn rewards.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
- Accurately document client interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of empathy with a strong focus on client service.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with online messaging platforms and CRM systems.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency is required.
Performance Metrics
- Number of clients pre-qualified via online inquiries.
- Conversion rate from inquiries to full consultations.
- Completion rate of system-generated questionnaires.
- Overall sales success rate.
- Client satisfaction and feedback.
- Active participation in team activities and fostering a positive work environment.
