Responsibilities

• Leadership and strong desire and concern to lead and motivate others, set goals, communicate vision and direction, and create a shared understanding
• Build, organize, and lead both functional and project teams
• Lead project teams through the entire development lifecycle
• Drive organizational and team improvements from concept phase to implementation
• Communicate plans, status, and challenges to all stakeholders including senior management

Basic Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership skills
• Track record for managing high-performance, multi-site teams
• Knowledge of standard development processes and lifecycles
• Ability to manage tradeoffs with regards to cost, cycle time, productivity, and predictability
• Strong technical knowledge in relevant areas
• Knowledge of standard project management concepts
• Solid verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
• Commitment to excellence, efficiency, and product quality

Education

• BS or MS in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• Minimum of <see below> years of practical management experience
