During the internship as a Global Proficiency & Growth Management Communications Internship you will be :
- Working closely with the PPGM Exec Director and Program Lead to assist in key areas of the portfolio
- Own and Manage Governance Dashboard around existing and new programs
- Work closely with team to report on the ROI and milestones on all activities
- Review all training completed by team and sellers on a quarterly basis and report accordingly
- Create and edit Newsletters and EDM’s to all GTM Global Functions
- Own internal publication process for new sales readiness assets and collateral
- Understanding of how to use, monitor and publish messaging to a corporate social media presence - linked in.
- Updating of local intranet site with Micro focus and team Sharepoint sites
- Preparation of meeting content - formal and informal using Power Point
- Engagement with stakeholders and end audience to support key communications activities and training
- Own and drive own individual development plan with help from aligned
- Develop understanding of HPE’s internal sales processes and reporting tools to help job effectiveness
PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE IS FOR AN INTERNSHIP , YOU SHOULD BE CURRENTLY STUDYING AND IS MANDATORY TO BE LOCATED IN COSTA RICA
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering ideally with emphasis in Project management.
- Typically 0-2 years experience
