Junior Analyst Cash App NA (OTC)
Descripción:
Analyst will execute and coordinate processes from Cash App NA US following the policies and procedures in place by US SSC to each Business Unit to ensure the achievement of indicators at the process (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreement (SLA’s) for United States and Canada. Person experienced in taking inbound and outbound calls with customers, able to provide support related with Cash Application processes also by supporting to the Senior Analysts with several tasks: organize and coordinate the team to achieve daily team goals and support with projects of improvement, will get the end to end processes knowledge and identify daily priorities.

Responsabilidades:

Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration or related career (60% Advanced or completed)
- Advanced English Skills B2+/C1 (required)
- Advanced Excel Medium (required)
- Order to cash experience (required)
- SAP Knowledge (desirable)
- At least 1 year on current position (internal candidates)
