The One Stream Software will focus on building Core Business Planning Analytics & Reporting capabilities that are dynamic to handle rapid calculations, weekly Risk & Opportunities along with various driver sensitivity and forecasting scenario analysis.

The role is part of Finance organization within Citi Service Center in Costa Rica, and this is an excellent opportunity for a result oriented individual to join dedicated One Stream ‘Center of Excellence (Co E)’ team and drive target state efforts for FP&A organization globally. The TSA Initiatives cover business planning / forecasting process and forecasting model transformation, short term performance management processes, Digital and Data Transformation and Future state Forecasting Infrastructure build / roll-out. The One Stream Co E team works closely with Global FP&A heads, Line of Business CFOs, Citi Technology & Infrastructure teams, Planning Transformation teams, Finance Function heads and FP&A Organizations to drive TSA agenda and implement best in class processes in One Stream aiming for EUC remediations.

Responsibilities:

• Be a part of One Stream Co E to build reporting and analytics capability in One Stream for FP&A processes
• Train and provide guidance to junior resources and assist them in development queries
• Manage One Stream Program and handle Sprint & daily stand-up calls
• Engage with senior management on the project status and seeks feedback
• Drive the One Stream EUC book of work within the team by effectively allocating resources
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with Finance stakeholders & EUC Owners from Personal Banking, Wealth, Markets, Services and Banking line of businesses.
• Design and develop processes in One Stream independently with robust workflows, data sources, transformation rules and dashboards capable of extending to other use cases
• Write complex business rules and data processing logics necessary to produce efficient output
• Produce effective One Stream dashboards aiding senior management in decision making
• Structure and coordinate user acceptance Testing and resolution of issues with GFT
• Partner with GFT (Global Functions Technology) teams to push development activities from UAT environment to production environment and data integration activities
• Adhering to sprint development targets and completing the development tasks within stipulated time
• Maintain relevant documentation and operating procedures in One Stream
• Share best practices and knowledge to Co E members and organize training sessions to Finance audience
• Ensure design of capabilities to adhere to all Citi Risk and Control requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Coding experience on VBA, C#.NET and Python for writing complex business rules in One Stream and API
• 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
• Prior experience of implementing One Stream tool in finance organization is preferred.
• Track record of success in delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Positive attitude and candidate should have an eager to learn & grow.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
• Advanced English Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of FP&A function and planning processes
• Knowledge of Citi Finance processes, systems and data structures.
• Prior experience working with JIRA tool, Confluence and Share Point is preferred.
• Prior experience working with Agile methodology or Sprint is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
