This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.

The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division that provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for the treatment of vascular disease.
What You’ll Do
- Manages the project throughout the project lifecycle from the initiation until the closing phase across multiple locations
- Manages multiple, often concurrent projects making decisions regarding priorities and meets expectations
- Implements common project management tools, methodologies and contributes to the development of project management best practices.
- Leads development of Project Charter and documents the initial requirements that satisfy the stakeholder’s needs and expectations.
- Establishes engineering project objectives and technical criteria for evaluating project results and activities of the project team.
- Uses established PM tools and techniques (FEP, Cash Flow Projections, Scope / Schedule Control, etc.) to stay within authorized budget limits and achieve the overall project and organizational objectives.
- Performs tasks, such as writing Requests for Capital Expenditures (RCEs), safety / quality checklists, scope documents, etc.
- Monitors and controls project work and risks to meet the performance objectives defined in the project plan.
- Reviews change requests, manages and approves changes to the deliverables, organizational process assets, project documents, and the project plan.
- Mentors others by sharing knowledge and expertise and providing feedback and guidance.
- Assists in the development and execution of validation protocols.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM field
- 4 years of related experience
- Advanced commands of English
- Demonstrated competency with project accounting experience.
- Understanding and management of procurement & contracting processes
