What we're looking for
Survey Monkey is adding a Recruiting Coordinator/Office Coordinator to support our new global office in Heredia, Costa Rica. This is an exciting time to join our new office and help shape employee experience! In this hybrid role, we anticipate you spending ~80% as a Recruiting Coordinator and ~20% as an Office Coordinator. You will report to the Director of Talent Operations and People Programs.
Recruiting Coordinators are the linchpin of the Recruiting Team - owning both process and experience. You will be responsible for building trusted partnerships as you schedule interviews across teams, functions, and geographies. You are also instrumental in providing an exceptional experience for all our candidates. As the Office Coordinator, you will continue to provide exceptional customer service to ensure our employees in Heredia have a positive in-office experience.

This opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the Survey Monkey office in Heredia 3 days per week.

What you'll be working on

• Be a Survey Monkey ambassador, providing all candidates and employees with exceptional experience at every touchpoint, whether during an interview or as an employee.
• Own interview scheduling responsibilities in our scheduling platform Goodtime for the candidate lifecycle, including phone, virtual, onsite interviews, and candidate pregames and roundups.
• Communicate in a timely and friendly manner all interview logistics and updates to interviewers and candidates.
• Ensure data integrity in our applicant tracking system Greenhouse.
• Plan and execute quarterly in-office events.
• Act as the frontline for employee in-office queries, including badging, food services, and coordinating with our building management as needed.

• Support ad hoc projects and requests as needed.
