Job Description: We are looking for a full-time, English-speaking Customer Service Representative based in Costa Rica to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be university-educated with experience in the educational sector. This role involves handling various administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth communication and coordination between our clients, tutors, and internal team.

Job Description: We are looking for a full-time, English-speaking Customer Service Representative based in Costa Rica to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be university-educated with experience in the educational sector. This role involves handling various administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth communication and coordination between our clients, tutors, and internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and sort through all company inboxes, ensuring emails are assigned to the appropriate person.
- Handle scheduling, create tickets for unresolved issues, and manage calendar entries.
- Input deals into the CRM (Hub Spot).
- Create invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Onboard new tutors and provide necessary training.
- Provide exceptional customer service to parents, students, and tutors.
- Collaborate with the sales and scheduling team to ensure seamless operation.
- Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- University degree (preferably in education or a related field).
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role in the educational sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, especially Hub Spot.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Experience in the education or tutoring industry.
- Familiarity with scheduling and invoicing software.
