What You'll Do:
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to ₡4,250,000.00 per year

What You'll Do:
- Real Estate Sales: Work alongside me in closing real estate deals, from property listings to buyer negotiations. You’ll play a crucial role in client communications, market research, and property showings. Earn commission on all closed real estate deals.
- Marketing and Lead Generation: Help develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales. You’ll manage online platforms, create promotional content, and reach out to potential clients through various channels.
- Business Development: Contribute to growing The Credle Group’s business operations. You’ll assist in identifying new opportunities, crafting business proposals, and shaping the overall strategy for expansion.
- AI Integration: Learn how to leverage AI tools to enhance client management, lead generation, and content creation. You’ll receive training to use cutting-edge technologies to improve sales efficiency and client engagement.
- Networking & Events: Assist in organizing and participating in networking events designed to attract potential clients and partners. You’ll be instrumental in building relationships that will drive business growth.
- Entrepreneurial Opportunity: This is a chance to work closely with an entrepreneur who is building a business from the ground up. You’ll gain firsthand experience in what it takes to start and scale a successful company.

- Experience: Prior experience in sales, real estate, marketing, or business development is preferred. A proven track record of meeting sales targets is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, or AI tools is an advantage.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus, but not required. Willingness to learn is key.
