Funciones del Puesto
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand sales objectives and align strategies.
  • Create compelling sales messaging by generating persuasive and engaging written content for presentations, proposals, and communications across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in developing structured sales action plans and schedules to ensure timely follow-up and outreach.
  • Utilize SEO best practices by incorporating relevant keywords and strategies into sales messaging to enhance visibility and reach potential clients.
  • Review and edit communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness in conveying the value proposition.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales strategies and communications using analytics tools to refine approaches.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all sales materials and client interactions to ensure a cohesive message.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging best practices in sales techniques and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with team members to incorporate feedback, refine sales approaches, and share successful strategies.

Requisitos del Puesto
  • Fluent in English written and spoken (B2 or higher).

Experiencia Deseada
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Executive or in a similar role.
  • Experience with lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong knowledge of sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, Close).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
