In the Role


We are currently seeking a full cycle Sales Recruiter with bilingual Spanish and English fluency to join our team at Triple Ten LATAM. The successful candidate will focus on filling sales and support positions for our LATAM team. This position will report into the Lead Recruiter and work closely with our LATAM sales leadership team to find and hire amazing sales people who are excited about our mission and vision to help people change their lives.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience as a Recruiter or similar role.
• Experience in hiring Sales Roles or high volume operations positions.
• Written and spoken fluency in Spanish and English is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with online job boards, social media, and other recruitment tools.

What you will do:

• Conduct research and use various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications to assess applicants' qualifications and experience.
• Conduct video screenings to evaluate candidates' communication skills, work experience, and interest in the position.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate information and progress in our ATS (we use Comeet).
• Continuously monitor and evaluate recruitment strategies to ensure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
