This position reports to
Business Manager - Commercial&Portfolio
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion division in Costa Rica and Central america and the caribbean. You will be mainly accountable for: • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy. • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. - You are immersed in sales and commercial activities working with electric motors and variable speed drives and the industry market.
- Ability to demonstrate your experience in electrical motors and speed variators, excellent knowledge in the market and motion products portfolio. You have five years of experience in sales department.
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office.
- You are passionate about proactive, excellent communication skills, self-directed and collaborative.
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Commercial or similar career in Engineering field.
- Availability to travel (60% within the country and 40% outside the country)
