Naturaleza del Puesto:
Ejecución de labores relacionadas con la prevención y mantenimiento de los equipos, sistemas y servicios de tecnologías de información de la compañía, por lo cual le corresponde velar por su buen funcionamiento, maximizar su uso y servir de apoyo técnico a los usuarios en el uso de las herramientas tecnológicas

Principales tareas y responsabilidades:

• Dar soporte a los usuarios en los componentes de la infraestructura tecnológica.
  
• Instalación y mantenimiento de Sistemas Operativos y aplicaciones de software.
  
• Soporte en actividades de cableado estructurado
  
• Comunicación y cooperación con otras unidades operativas de TI en distintos países
  
• Reparación y soporte en equipos de cómputo e impresoras
  

• Mantener actualizado controles de inventarios de activos de hardware del departamento, en coordinación con IT y Contabilidad
  
  

Requisitos generales:

• Técnico medio en informática ó superior
  
• De 0 a 1 año de experiencia en roles de soporte técnico de nivel I
  

• Nivel intermedio o avanzado del idioma ingles
  
• Orientación definida al trabajo en equipo y al servicio del cliente interno.
  
• Organizado, con sentido de urgencia y aseguramiento de la calidad
  
  

Requisitos deseables:

• Tecnologías Microsoft (Sistemas Operativos, Active Directory, Office, entre otras).
  
• Conocimientos básicos en redes Cisco y telefonía
  
• Conocimiento en actividades de cableado estructurado
  
  

Nature of Position:
IT Tasks related to the prevention and maintenance of the company's information technology equipment, systems and services, ensuring its proper operation and providing technical support to end users.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Support end users around any IT related activity
  
• Installation and maintenance of Operating Systems and software applications.
  
• Communication and cooperation with other IT units at different countries.
  
• Support in network cabling activities.
  
• Repair and support computer equipment and printers.
  

• Maintain IT Assets controls of the IT hardware in cooperation with the accounting department.
  
  

Requirements:

• Mid-Level computer technician o higher
  
• 0-1 year of experience in level I technical support roles
  

• Intermediate or advanced level of the English language
  
• Defined orientation to teamwork and internal customer service.
  
• Organized, sense of urgency and quality assurance.
  
  

Additional Requirements (Desirable):

• Microsoft Technologies (Operating Systems, Active Directory, Office and others).
  
• Basic knowledge of Cisco networks and telephony
  
• Basic knowledge on network cabling activities
