Responsabilidades / Responsibilities:Our candidate will be on charge to provide support and assistance mainly via calls to Bridgestone’s Teammates and Retirees but also third parties based in United States. Callers request assistance with HR related inquiries such as Benefits, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Taxes and others. Contact Center agent tasks is to provide resolution at its level or to assgined the case to the corresponding HR Group by documenting the case in full to achieve quality assurance also internal key performance indicators as well.
Requisitos / Qualifications:
  • Bilingual Spanish-English oral and written (Advance- C1 or above) – Required
  • Proven experience in a customer service role for at least 6 months -Required
  • Proven experience taking calls Calls for a year or more -Required
  • Proven experience working with a case/ticket management for at least 6 months is desirable.
  • Bachelor Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent in experience is desirable . Completed or currently in progress is desirable.
  • At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)
    Note: All internal candidates must inform and get aproval from their direct leaders about the interest of been part of the process.
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE

  • Highly customer service orientated is a must
  • Ability to work on english on areas such as verbal, written, reading and comphrension is a must.
  • Office package knowleadge is required.
  • Great communication skills is required.
  • Ability to work as Team player is a must.
  • Ability on problem’ solutions is required.
  • Ability on decision making is required.
  • Ability to search for solution on knowleage base library is required.
  • Ability to work with different systems at the same time is required.
  • Knowledge in working with Workday, SAP and Service Now is Desirable..
  • Knowleage on HR topics is desirable
  • Ability on time management is required.
