Requisitos / Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish-English oral and written (Advance- C1 or above) – Required
- Proven experience in a customer service role for at least 6 months -Required
- Proven experience taking calls Calls for a year or more -Required
- Proven experience working with a case/ticket management for at least 6 months is desirable.
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business, Finance or equivalent in experience is desirable . Completed or currently in progress is desirable.

At least 1 year in current position. (internal candidates)
Note: All internal candidates must inform and get aproval from their direct leaders about the interest of been part of the process.
- Highly customer service orientated is a must
- Ability to work on english on areas such as verbal, written, reading and comphrension is a must.
- Office package knowleadge is required.
- Great communication skills is required.
- Ability to work as Team player is a must.
- Ability on problem’ solutions is required.
- Ability on decision making is required.
- Ability to search for solution on knowleage base library is required.
- Ability to work with different systems at the same time is required.
- Knowledge in working with Workday, SAP and Service Now is Desirable..
- Knowleage on HR topics is desirable
- Ability on time management is required.
