Job Description

Key purpose is development & implementation of digital training methods & tools according to identified, expressed or future customer needs to ensure best customer learning experience.
What you can look forward to as e Learning Program Manager / Instructional Designer?:

E-learning creation as an instructional designer.
Value creation for customers and supporting ZF Aftermarket business strategies.
Plan number of modules and types of digital training offered based on Voice of Customer & Voice of Business.
Plan, prepare and organize successful Digital Learning program and platform.
Investigate new innovative training models or tools.
Integration of ZF learning platform into the digital concept of ZF solution hub.
Manage external resources to develop training programs.

Your profile as elearning Program Manager / Instructional Designer?:

Experience in creating robust digital learning programs.
Know-How about Learning platforms, You Tube, social media, didactic and training methods around digital training.
Experience in Salesforce and/or Docebo is a plus.
Experience in data analytics.
Experience as facilitator in Webinars.
Customer oriented with commercial mindset.
Curiosity, constant learning and self-development.
Project management skills.
Ability to work in an international environment.

Limited contract 01/2025-05/2026.
Annual performance bonus.
