Four Seasons Hotel Prague is looking for a talented Demi Chef to join our team.

About the role:
To assist in the preparation, production, duties and responsibilities of his/her Culinary Section as assigned by the Pastry Chef. Give full support to the Chef De Partie, Junior Sous Chef, Chef, and Sous Chef when need for other Culinary related events in the hotel.

What You will do:

• Run the day-to-day operation of assigned station in the kitchen
• Work closely with standard recipes and plate presentations in order to maintain standards of quality in production and presentation.
• Accountability for the Pastry kitchen operations.
• Assist the Chef De Partie in performing his duties and acts as Chef De Partie in his absence.
• Adhere to the Company's Procedures and rules.
• Establish high levels operational standards in F&B in line with international standards.
• Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.

What You will bring:

• Previous experience of at least 3 years in similar and/or related fields in a 5* Hotel.
• Physically fit.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Must have EU Work Authorization.

This job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the country of Czech Republic.
This position is offered for a defined period of time of 12 months with a possibility of extension to unlimited contract based on your performance. Your trial period will be 3 months.
