Landscaper wanted
Racoon is looking for a landscaper for our property services department. Would you like to be part of a unique company? Then read on.
About the job
Racoon serves a wide range of customers with the care and maintenance of green areas. This includes lawn mowing, flower beds, pruning shrubs and trees, hedge trimming, weed control, keeping outdoor and indoor areas clean, coordinating craftsmen, resident contact and janitor services.
Location
We are based in Rødovre in the outskirts of the capital of Denmark Copenhagen, but you will drive to various properties throughout Greater Copenhagen.
You will be provided with a car and will typically meet directly at the properties. Racoon is made up of diverse individuals from many different backgrounds and nationalities. What we all share is a focus on the customer and doing our very best at all times.

You are a trained landscaper or have extensive experience within the field
You enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
You have a practical approach and can handle simple craftsmanship tasks
You are robust, responsible and punctual
You are service-minded and customer-focused
You enjoy working independently
You are flexible and committed to your work
You have a driver’s license
You can speak and understand English at a user level

Training
As a new employee at Racoon, you will be trained by one of our skilled team members. You will typically work together for a period before taking on your own properties. At Racoon, you will have colleagues from all over the world, including Romania, Denmark, Poland, Bulgaria and Argentina and much more.
What do we offer?
We offer a good and versatile job with opportunities for development, We also provide a unique company culture where we enjoy using the company gym after work, drinking a soda in the lounge, dressing up for Halloween events, playing football on weekends and much more.
Working hours will usually be 25-40 hours per week but will vary depending on the seasons.
We offer you the possibility to rent a department, as soon as you are hired.
Start-up: by appointment.
Salary between 22-29 Euros per hour, depending on your skills.
