Partner / Client Supervisor: Business Development Manager Status:
We're always on the lookout for people to join our team! We're growing and seek "representatives" for several superior solutions both within the IT/OT segment, but also in marketing systems (e-mail, SMS, etc.). You'll get a full introduction to our unique solutions and take part in our onboarding process, should you be selected.

Position Description:
As a Zafehouze Ambassador (Solution Advisors) you're responsible for strategically prospecting target accounts and customers to identify relevant business challenges and expected results. In partnership with Zafehouze HQ, you will be creating compelling solutions and suggestions addressing both use-cases and unique business challenge(s).

Position Responsibilities:
  • With our help - you will understand the trends and issues affecting clients in any industry
  • You will become an expert in not only "Prevent & Protect Guard-railed Micro-perimeter access and communication solutions" and how they help organizations overcome their IT-security and data-privacy / data-sovereignty challenges - but also our other platform technologies.
  • Leverage strong relations to drive sales and meet department and company sales goals
  • Act as both an independent contributor and team player in executing plans that lead to greater market acceptance and sales
  • Act as a creative problem solver with the ability to bring others along with critical decisions, strategies, and tactics both internally and externally
  • Grow existing clientele while expanding and delivering net new business in focused verticals
  • Maintains velocity to drive activity, prospective customer engagements, and most importantly, top-of-funnel quality pipeline contribution
  • Demonstrates consultative sales approach by creating value-based engagements
  • Develop a deep understanding of both the customers and competitive landscape, enabling a business dialogue to be conducted with C-level contacts and their teams.
  • Gain a significant revenue share of each deal - it is highly rewarding.

Corporate Responsibility:
  • This position gain insight to often sensitive and restricted information. Therefore - it's mandatory all clients are private and confidential information and as such only for internal Zafehouze use. Some clients are only managed by a proxy-name.
  • Information security is everyone’s responsibility:
    • Understanding and following Zafehouze’s information security policies and procedures.
    • Remain vigilant and we say 'no' if we detect suspicious activity around our solutions. At Zafehouze we maintain a VERY high level of ethics and morals.
    • Actively participating in Zafehouze's team's meetings and efforts to improve information and cybersecurity.

Supervisory Responsibility: The position has no supervisory responsibilities - except for your clients in your country or region.
Work Environment: This job is virtually operated, yet in a professional way.
Physical Demands: There are no physical demands or requirements - other than the representative must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. The employee will frequently communicate with others to exchange information, both verbally and in writing.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a flexible job - you can put as many hours in it as you wish - from 0-160 hours monthly. You are your own boss.

Required/Desired Skills :
  • The strategic ability for prospecting and working with organizations - rapport building
  • Ability to communicate respectfully with prospects and help them visioning a different approach
  • Good presentation, good time management, and prioritization skills
  • If you have some basic knowledge about IT / OT / Cyber-security / deperimeterization ... it will be an advantage
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven
  • Proven team player as well as an independent contributor
  • Nice if you are experienced working within a defined sales process - not a requirement (you'll learn from the best)
  • Therefore you need to be Curious, a good listener, and possess a positive attitude

Required Education and Experience:
  • We would say 'none' - you can be a student wanting to earn extra money in a commission-based job - but it will help you a lot if you have understanding of basics of IT network communication.
  • You can be a retired person wanting to stay active - with experience from the IT industry.
  • It would be ideal if you had experience selling contracts with a total value of at least $50K and subscription models.
  • Should you happen to have a good understanding and some experience with IT and preferably IT-security - it would be great - but if you don't - don't worry, we'll support you.

This is a freelance job, you can carry it out whenever you want and have the time for it. Despite that - duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at times - if you do great, this role could lead to a position as the Zafehouze Country / Territory Manager.
Compensation is for a start - up to 33% of THE REVENUE generated. Contracts are subscription-based - meaning you can add on your income for each contract signed. It's not unusual to build a revenue stream of $50-100K monthly. There is no base salary in this position and Zafehouze pays for direct expenses related to this role.
