What You Will Do

Comply and enforce the TPM methodology, aligning with the criteria established in 5 s, planned maintenance and autonomous maintenance to achieve the objectives of the CBN (Critical Business Needs).
Carry out preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance according to the established maintenance plan, by collecting technical data on the equipment and changing obsolete spare parts with the aim of optimizing the operation of the machines and equipment, reaching production capacity.
Report, monitor and solve preventive, corrective or predictive maintenance developments, evaluating the technical operating parameters of the equipment and informing the team involved in the area to guarantee the useful life of the asset.
Periodically analyze the validity of spare parts and parts with greater rotation as well as the monthly analysis of the entire inventory, validating the stock list vs inventory in the warehouse and sending the order request form in order to comply with the timely acquisition of the spare parts. and parts.
Execute corrective maintenance within the standard of unplanned stops, changing parts, calibrating and performing tests that guarantee compliance with the production plan.
Assist in the strategic implementation of asset management, analyzing loss categories according to the parameters established in the equipment criticality matrix with the objective of establishing the priority of execution of advanced maintenance techniques.
Daily execution of the control routes of the machinery and equipment of the production lines, reviewing the equipment controls and boards, ensuring correct operation and avoiding unplanned stops.

Educational level: Technical bachelor's degrees, Technology. Required degree: Electronics, Electrical, Automation and Control, Electromechanical.
