This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, although the hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements. About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: · As directed by management, initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources.

• Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email.
• Collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management
• Other projects and duties as assigned
